Favicon Problems again

when I hit SAVE to upload the favicon.ico, I receive this error message:

Access to the path 'D:\Hosting\6535765\html\favicon.ico' is denied.

I downloaded from other lacation of my pc.

Why?

Just give write permissions to 'D:\Hosting\6535765\html\' or manually upload your favicon to 'D:\Hosting\6535765\html\favicon.ico'
