1.70 SSL Does not work with parts of site

Searched and found no real explanation of why when SSL is enabled in config.web file Site Home Page works, My Account page works, Contact page works but anything to do with products does not:

New Products  - Forbidden Access Denied
Search - Forbidden Access Denied

and any products clicked will produce - Forbidden Access Denied

Site works without SSL Enabled no errors.

Certificate installed 2048 Bit

IIS7 Windows Server 2008

Goal is for entire site to protected ssl encryption

Fixed Problem   IIS7 I had Require SSL on the Appstore Application removed check box Store now correctly moves from HTTPS and HTTP without errors.
