Installing in Softsys Hosting, LLC

I installed nopCmmerce in "Softsys Hosting, LLC".
The installation is successful.
When displacement of my domain "www.oleariasrl.it" and log on as "[email protected]" password "admin" makes me enter.
But when I go to "Administration" can not do any activities even to add a new user.
It is as if the db had not been initialized.
what Can i do?

Hi, I do not think the problem is with the hosting company - I use softsys and have never had this problem - but, I have read a few other posts on the forum where this exact issue - it seemed to start with v1.6
