New site live on version 1.6. Previously on 1.3. I have done lots of customisation, so I would imagine the next upgrade should be fun!

Customisation

1) Superfish menu from the admin section used in the public site.
2) Livezilla added for live support.
3) Product grids changed to remove borders and include the product star ratings.
4) Form added for competition entry
5) PayPoint Fasttrack module created to offer choice of payments
6) Paging implemented on the reviews page (once I have some reviews to add)
7) Latest editions added to home page in a grid to display new products. 8 in total
8) Dialy rotation of 6 special offers selcted at random from the db using SQL script
9) Several additional pages added for information etc
10) Sql scripts for loading products and images and maintaining stock from supplier

I would recommend you to use more rounded corners on the main layout instead of that cut-edge styles since your website is more pinky.
