Slow when first loading

I am running Nop on win 2008 x64, quad cpu.. 8 gig server..

I have ran all versions including 1.80

and no matter what it is slow when I first hit the site..
Then all the pages scream..

Am I missing something?  Or need to change some configuration to keep the application in memory?
