nopCommerce 1.60 problem with admin panel

I am new to all this, somebody can help
i have downloaded nopcommerce 1.60 and its on my hardrive unzipped into a folder,
run from Visual Studio 2008 install.aspx, follow the steps installation,then start Sait
but when I want to go to the admin panel, error occurs

what operating system are you running??

what is the data path to the folder? make sure you are doing /install.aspx and you are running asp.net 4.0

I had a problem similar to this and found that the database was the problem.

Make sure you did a copy of the database first.

Maybe some of the other more experienced guys can help us with this one.
