Only source code visible in the browser by installing nopCommerce 1.80

Hallo,
I uploaded all files nopCommerce 1.80 (no source) with FTP to my host and opened in the browser the install.aspx-file. There is only the source code visible and not the Install-wizzard. Who can tell me what is wrong?
