broken styles in the administration area

first: sorry for my English

I have the following problem:

After published my nopCommerce site on my server, I login and enter in the Administrator area, but the styles, colours, images, etc...  for this area are not applied.
I can see all the content of the Administrator area (Dashboard, Catalogs, Sales, etc ...) but all disordered and without styles applied.

But if I open my nopCommerce web site from VS2008 and run the application, the look of the Administrator area is well and all styles applied correctly.

In the Plubic Store this problem does not exist, in the my public store area all styles always work well.

in summary ... the styles are broken "only" in the area of administration and when my nopCommerce web site is running on my IIS

some help ? please !

First thing, try clearing your browser cache.

Next, if you view the source of your page, are the necessary css references in the head section of the page.

If so, can you navigate the css url directly?

If not, it means the admin theme is missing.
