I am having the following issue from a FRESHLY downloaded copy of 1.8. When selecting adding to Cart from a product gridview it does not add it to the cart - It take you to the product page instead. It looks like it is a bug? Can anyone confirm this for me?

Hello vsammons, It's not a bug, it seems like you are trying to add a product that has some attributes connected with it. When product requires the customer to select attributes you cannot add product to the cart unless you select options from the available attributes Try adding any other product that doesn't have any attributes, it will be added in the card directly from the gridview.

I understand what you are saying but is not the case maybe: Availability: Out of stock (maybe?) Is there a setting to disable using the stock? 99% of my current client has no stock - they make it as they need it... Thanks for your input!
