Does HDD or SSD affect the loading speed?

Using NC 3.90.

When we buy a VPS Server for nopCommerce site, we have a choice ofr the disk HDD or SSD. Of course SSD is better and more expensive...

So, does it influence the site loading speed?

Is HDD slower than SDD and does it really affect the site loading speed or no matter?

Yes. Installing nopCommerce on a SSD will be much better and faster. Rest all depends upon your VPS configurations and your IIS configuration.
