Header with flash

Hello,
I added in "header" a "div" to display a banner in flash, but it not appear in Furum and categories of products.
Can you help me?

Your menu tabs looks little messed up, as it is being displayed in two lines instead of one. Homepage is in first line and rest of the menu tabs in second line. You may wanna increase the width of your page content/body.

Did you see forum and product categories too?
Because it is not impossible to see the banner when you enter in them (Forum and product categories).
This is my problem and I ask some advice for it,
