Paypal and Google not showing up on my store

Hi Guys-

V1.70 setup and every thing seemed fine, used Authorize.NET to setup credit cards. I then setup Paypal Standard and Google Checkout, but do not see anything on the storefront for these options. All settings are correct and they are active with a green check in the admin.

Any help as to where they show and why they are not showing up?
