Automatic match the language in nop to the visitors Browser set languages

Hi All,

I downloaded the nop 1.90 version without source code, i copied it in my web server and i installed it.\
I want now to use the automatic language patching following user browser language ( French, English etc).
The article above mention the library version where i must find the appropriate file to change. But this directory
does exist in the version i downloaded but only in the source version. How can i add this library's directory and
related files?
