HTML in Product Variant Attribute?

I have a Product Variant Attribute that I would like to load html into so that I can have a link to a document from either the Text Prompt or the Value of the Attribute. When I save a tag in either field, the html is not displayed as a link on the product page in the shop. Instead, the html code is output.

Is there another option I can use to accomplish this?
