My client needs to set up a 'PayPal Direct' account, so they can accept recurring payments.
When I search for paypal direct, I find api docs, but nothing that tells me where to sign up for it, or what type of account is required.
Is this a special type of account, or a special setting on a normal paypal account, or something else entirely?
