How to configure shipping by weight?

Dear all,
I'm still using nopCommerce 1.2 due to own developments and want to configure the shipping method by weight.

Let's say I've got 2 products and some more example figures:
Product A - 2kg
Product B - 5kg

The shipping rate is being calculated by using 1€/kg.

There are 3 ways of shipping:
A - pick up in store (0 €)
B - standard (additional 5 €)
C - express (additional 10 €)

Chosing product A with express shipping would be 2€+10€=12€.

Sooooo, how do I configure this in nopCommerce??

Furthermore: is there an option to configure shipping by using margins, i.e 0>10kg = 10 euro, 10>25kg = 20 euro etc.?
