Search engine friendly page name not working for different languages v1.8

Hello,

I've just upgraded a site to v1.8 and have started going through all the products and categories doing some SEO work and noticed if you supply a "Search engine friendly page name" in multipule languages still only the standard "Search engine friendly page name" is used when rendering the links in the pages.

Obviously this means the site is only ever indexed in one language :(

Can anyone validate this as a bug or have I done something wrong?

Multilingual SEO should be improved. There's already a work item for this task

Indeed. I can confirm this "bug" / still-to-be-developed-functionality. I have encountered it it v 1.9.

For now only the "Search engine friendly page name" on the tab "standard" is used. If you put any text in this field on other language tabs then they are ignored.

If the improvement in code is simple please let us know.
