Change of password and email for admin

I have the NOP Commerce website loaded onto my site.  It was installed by a web developer.  He is just about complete and I am looking to change the email and password he used as the admin.

Can anyone walk me through the process to change both the email and password?

If you do have the current credentials, simply login in the frontend and change it under my account page.
