Show Shipping costs link next to the price

Hy,
Is there a way in nopcommerce 1.9 to show the price and directly after the price a link to the shipping costs

Example:

3,10 Eur incl Tax plus shippingcosts

or

3,10 Eur incl Tax
plus shippingcosts

and the word shippingcosts is a link to the shipping costs side.

Is there a way to realise that?
