By default when any user registers or don't change his/her time zone, by default in the database the value gets saved as " International Date Line West.
But i want the default value to be saved as "Eastern Time Zone" for all the new registrations, they can change later on but by default if they don't change anything , it should be "Eastern Time Zone"
how to do that ?
