UPS Selectable Rates (Services)

The following change is for modifying nopCommerce 1.80 to make UPS carrier services selectable in administration. Follow the instructions in the README.txt file in the download.

Is this mod in the 2.0 version of nopCommerce? it would be great to be able to do this for UPS, FedEx and USPS.
