Server problems

Hello

We have put a nopcommerce 1.8 shop into a vmware win2k8 server with a sql server on another server. We experience long response times from time to time. 10 sec with 75 user.

What would be the best setup to ensure that the server has enough power. Should it be moved to a dedicated server and how many cpu's and ram would be recommended.

I hope someone has som experience to share.

P.S its my first solution in nopcommerce :)

We have a similar implementation on a windows server 2k3 and we are having similar response times.
