need to have meta title for home page only , and another for all other pages expect homepage

i found that seo pagetitle is the same text add to all pages which configure at general setting

i need to have it just for homepage  for example page title + store name

at other exclude home page

will be metatitle + text

tested before and don't know what is mean of path_info
as not clear
