problem with control panel "access denied"

hello
I have a problem with my control panel nopcommerce1.80
when I try to access my control panel with one of my global administrator accounts only thing I get is this message for any of the options panel

Access denied.
You Do not have permission to Perform the selected operation.

This error is new never had this problem
the only things that changed  is that buy a ssl with my provider's hosting with a dedicated ip and the option
Access control list enabled was disabled

please help me

IT seems that the problem is that in the security (In the Admin area allowed IP)  option of the control pannel of nopcommerce I put a local IP that has been changed; and thas why I dont acces to this IP; I dont know how to unenable this IP direction so  I can access of another IP direction CAn you help me with any idea?

1. Connect to your database
2. Open Nop_Setting table
3. Find 'Security.AdminAreaAllowedIP' setting and set its value to '' (empty)
4. Restart your application
