Poll on side need help adding sidebar title

I have done this at www.hollandhydroponicoutlet.com, but for some reason I can't figure it out on my site?  I don't know if it was a change in the polls in 1.8 or what?  Here is my site www.happycoral.com.  Eveything is correct except it is missing title bar and title on the polls.  Help!!

did you edit/delete the text from the poll heading in local resources ?

or maybe edit/delete the style from the stylesheet?

I switched stylesheets to see if that fixed it and it didn't.  Everything from the Poll modules looks the same.  Todays poll changed its name to home page polls or something like that.  On the style sheet it calls for the url for sidebar_title on both stylesheets but only one works (1.60) not 1.8
