Customising mini shopping cart text

Hi folks,

I am customising my nopCommerce install and I would like to drop  "There are" and "in your cart" and modify the "Subtotal" text from the Mini Shopping Cart.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of where I can find the file to modify this please.
