Anyone knows about the new micropayment function in paypal.
If enabled, the commission will be 5c+5% , so for amounts less than $12 it is much more convenient than the standard rate.
Unfortunately, there is a need of two different accounts
What about a double paypal account: one for amounts less than $12, one for higher amounts?
Too difficult to implement?
