I have noticed that on tawk.to, there are always less customers online vs if I go to my website and see online customers at exactly the same time.
Example:
1: Tawk.to 5 customers
2: Analtics 5 Customers
3: website/admin/customers/online customers 10 customers
Can anybody explain that to me? Why are the online customers (with different ip addresses) always many more than the other two?
Which is correct?
