Installation plesk error ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This issue occurs in nopCommerce 4.20 when the user of the application pool running your nopCommerce application doesn't have read and/or write rights to your nopCommerce application directory.
You should give the user rights to read and write to the following directories:
\App_Data\
\bin\
\log\
\Plugins\
\Plugins\bin\
\wwwroot\bin\
\wwwroot\bundles\
\wwwroot\db_backups\
\wwwroot\files\exportimport\
\wwwroot\images\
\wwwroot\images\thumbs\
\wwwroot\images\uploaded
\App_Data\Plugins.json (after installation)
\App_Data\dataSettings.json (after installation)

Hello,

This is not enough. I set it as specified above, but I don't have:
\bin\
\wwwroot\bin\

Moreover after this the reboot of site goes in error.
So di I need to setup read/write to more folders?


I use "nopCommerce_4.20_NoSource_SelfContained".
I have no Plesk, but ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS yes.
