ARR affinity setting when you host nopCommerce on Azure App Service

Hi, Microsoft recommends turning off the ARR affinity setting for stateless app to improve performance. But, should keep it on for stateful app.

Can someone please confirm whether nopCommerce is stateless or stateful?
