Installing From Mac error

I am installing from a mac and running into some errors.
Ive uploaded everything from the NopCommerceStore file and visited the www.mysite.com/install/install.aspx and I get an error on the web.config file (line 32)

I have an existing NopCommerce store on my godaddy server and am attempting to create a secondary store on the same server with a new database. My other store was set up just fine and is live, but this second one I'm having some trouble with.

Help please.
