Header corner with wide design

Hi,

I changed the width using the css ".master-wrapper-center xxx" everything is Okay, but the right corder of header and the right corner of body (white area) still in the old position, what should I do to move them to the corner.

Our designer solved the issue, I think few CSS lines AND few images resize.
