UPS rates showing $0

Hello,

Yesterday, I followed the steps to integrate UPS with nopCommerce and it worked fine but today when I get to quote and shipping page (check out), I received "Authentication Failed" message.

I also verified the access key with UPS site and it is fine.

Any idea what is causing this?

As far as setting up UPS in nopcommerce, do we need to get a production version of it or testing version of it would be enough? I was checking UPS site and noticed there are two version one testing and one production version. It seems I was using its testing. Might been a trial version?

OK, I noticed when user is NOT logged in nopCommerce UPS rating works fine but as soon as user logs in UPS returns $0.00 for all methods of shipping either by air or grad and etc.

What kind of effect has login sessions on UPS?

Also, do I need to get a certificate to be able use UPS rating from UPS?
