newbie installation

Hi guys,
I have just tried out nopcommerce and my first impression is great.

I have set it up on my computer, and a hosted database, and it works fine. Now I want to publish my site to my host (I'm using Crystaltech). When I use "Publish nopCommerceStore" from within VS2008 it takes ages - I actually stopped it after 8 hours. So what else can I do?

I could ftp the files, but I'm not sure which files I need to upload. Could you please guide me to the next steps.

1. Publish your site to any local folder
2. Upload site from your local folder to your host using any FTP client
