CyberSource Configuration

I'm having problems getting the CyberSource payment method to work and was hoping someone could help me. I have activated the payment method, entered the merchant Id, entered the shared secret in the public key field (hope that's correct) and entered the serial number. But when I try to checkout I'm not redirected or given an option for payment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone help me with this? I need to get this working so we can take payments.
