Zero orders

I've searched for a good explanation for how to set this up. I founds hints it's already working but I've changed a lot of settings and can't find this option.

A customer can order a free version of my software. The customer clicks on the buy button and checks out.

The order amount = 0, my only payment provider is Paypal.

How can the customer confirms this 0 payment?
