Problem installing nopcommerce v1.90

I am having a little issue that I hope someone can help me out with.  I am installing the new version from v1.80 on my server.  I get the page 3 of the install and it says that I already have v1.90 and it will not let me go anywhere else.

Does someone know a way around this?

i am having another problem on page 3. when I enter the (the right) database name, after pressing next , nothing happens.

I found out that if you have installed it once (meaning v1.90) then it will not let you install it again.  I had to do a fresh install.
