1. nopCommerce version: 1.9 and 1.8
2. Any private modifications you made to your nopCommerce: Nothing changed. Just installed and not working at the beggining
3. The version of MS SQL database you're running nopCommerce with: MS SQL 5.x and SQL server 2008
4. Anything else that could possibly be relevant. Err on the side of too much information, rather than too little. : I'm hosting my site with arvixe.
So the problem is that when I go in configuration --> Global settings
the tab to change the template, SEO, etc. is not working. I see only text and no tab is working
