Shipping Rate Computation Methods

HI all, i try understand how do it
I need to Delivery cost depends on the purchase price as a percentage
example
Total buy price shoping 1000 $ delivery cost 10%
Total buy price shoping 2000$ delivery cost 9%
Total buy price shoping 3000$ delivery cost 5 %
Or fix percentage for all Shopping
This can be done? Thank all

you can't do it exactly as you want it, but if you configure shipping rate computation    ' shipping by order total '


you can set up  eg


Total buy price up to 1000 $ delivery cost 10%
Total buy price up to  2000$ delivery cost 9%
Total buy price up to  3000$ delivery cost 5 %


you can break this down further if you like eg
0 $  to   50 $      x %     etc.
