Error while placing order. Message template

Any ideas how I keep getting this error;
"Error while placing order. Message template (OrderPlaced.StoreOwnerNotification-0) couldn't be loaded"

I presume that you deleted English language template used as default admin language.
Find "Localization.DefaultAdminLanguageID" settings and set its value to language identifier
