Notify client when product will be on stock

I am using ver. 4.2 Emporium Theme.  I do not see the " Allow back in stock notification".  Is there somewhere to turn it on and then I see it in product settings?

Up the top of the Product Edit page switch Basic to Advanced options (if not done)
In Inventory
Select Track Inventory and No Backorders

If you still can not see it please add a screenshot
