How is possibile to enable information section?

Suddenly on my website I see only Manufactur and Categories Section and the Newsletter section?

and make sure

            <nopCommerce:InfoBlock ID="ctrlInfoBlock" runat="server" />


is there  

in TwoColumn.master,  you may see this surrounded by <%--  --%>    tags

- remove them
