Cannot run from Visual Studio 2008?.

Hello,

When i try to run the website from VS 2008 i get the following error:

SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

After this, my default application pool running the websites stops and i get the following in the EventViewer:

"The work process has not been correctly initialized and cannot be started."

Or

".Net Runtime version v2.0 cannot be loaded on forehand by the work process"

I'm curious what use case there is for needing 2008, but NopCommerce states they require 2017 or newer for 4.2:

What version of nopCommerce are you trying to run?
Also are you using source code, or no-source code version?
