How to get a site like this on Nop ?

Hello,
Can someone guide me on the best approach to make a site like this possible ? Preferably i would like to use the no source approach. Site with no catalog or product pages,...just to display few products.

Is there any plugins or themes or simple html editing to help achieve this ?

Using Nop 4.2 No Source version at the moment.

That site from your link looks like it has 3 products on the hompage.
You can do that by clicking the "show on homepage" checkbox for only 3 products.
The rest needs to be done via changes to the theme and via other customisations or custom plugin
Have a look through all the themes and see if anything is close to what you want
