Is there any way to get Tier prices included in the Excel download or some way to change them to percentages, or otherwise change them globally for a category of products?
Tier prices can be exported, but only in XML format - not Excel. There may be plugins in the marketplace that can export tier prices in Excel (and maybe support batch changing them).
I've tried downloading these as XML files and them importing them after making changes, but I get this error: The file is not an valid Package file. If the file is encrypted, please supply the password in the constructor. . Anybody know what to do?
