Does anyone have a solution for handling repairs within Nopcommerce?
For example, a customer purchases a machine but after a few months it's broken and would like to have it repaired, but there is no way of entering or following up on this if we would send it to the supplier or fix it ourself.
I believe it should work a bit like return requests to create an ID that is linked to a customers purchase order and a product id so that everything is traceble, for internal use and for the customer as well.
Could not find any plugin for this so i'm wondering if anyone has ever needed this?
We are working with Nop 3.90.
