i would like to emulate something like this for crowdsourcing.

to do this it requires "amazon flexible payments service" since it supports this all or nothing credit card charge method. i see here (correct me if i am wrong) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_shopping_cart_software that you support amazon fps but can you explain in more detail how this would work in your setup? or if it is even possible.
basically i would like to have people add fund info until a goal is reached. if the goal is reached the funds are charged. if the goal is not reached no funds are charged and the info is erased.
how could i accomplish this with nopCommerce?
