ArgumentException in URL Rewrtining during installation

Hi there

Can anyone help me. I am installing nopcommerce on my local machine added the database using the install on nopcommerce and I'm getting an error 'ArgumentException was unhandled by user code'. The file the exception is thrown in is UrlRewritingProviderCollection.cs and I can't move on from this.

Yes that's right. I've managed to skip the process and I can access the front end and admin on my local machine but the file is still open in VS 2010.
