i publish my project in sharing host but it repeatedly stop and start apllicataion pool of iis
what can i do plz help

Read the performance guide. (Be sure to uninstall and delete any unused plugins)
Ask your host what the memory limit is for shared hosting? Ask them if they can increase it for your site.
