Changing the Time that the Dashboard rolls over

Is there a way to change the time that the Dashboard statistics roll-over.  I would like to change the time that the stats reset to Zero each day. For example I would like to change the time that information for "Today" resets.

I am in need of this as well.  I need it to cooincide with fiscal year.
